6 Data Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law:

  • Booking records: up to 8 years (for tax and legal compliance).
  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
  • Site analytics: typically 26 months.
  • Support communications: up to 3 years after the last interaction.

We never store full card details

Card information is captured directly by our payment gateway. We only receive a masked reference, so even in the unlikely event of a data breach, your full card number is not exposed.
